What I feel

When I enter the dome, I am immediately charmed by the natural beauty of the place. The balanced dimensions and harmonious round forms please my aesthetic senses. Wood, water and heat create an impression of security and alignment…

The golden ratio

The dome of Youth is a round wooden building whose measurements are calculated according to the golden ratio. This golden ratio is a gift of nature (a number of universal harmonies). It is present in all life. It improves vitality, the circulation of energies and wellbeing. It increases the life energy which is in us. Measurements of the human body are directly related to the golden ratio.

For example, the relationship between the average height (1m83) and the average height of the belly button (1m13) is 1,618, the golden ratio. In geometry a spiral based on the golden ratio resembles certain astrophysical images. Since antiquity the golden ratio inspired many extraordinary human achievements like the pyramids of Cheops, the Parthenon and the cathedral of Chartres… The famous scientist Leonardo da Vinci introduced the golden ratio into his drawings and his paintings.

The measurements based on the golden ratio give vital energy

An ecological building

Through its use of natural materials and new techniques which guarantee a quality of life, the Dome of Youth has a high environmental value, is energy saving and respects the environment.

Wood used for the dome comes from ethical cuts and cold forests without risk of extinction. They do not come from countries subject to dictatorship. No toxic products were used during handling. No toxic rejection or pollution will be produced during the phases of building, exploitation or dismantling.

The pool

The round pool in white mosaics has a diameter of 4,44 m and a depth of 1,35 m.

Water-jets of adjustable power, provided with removable jets, project water of 35° C
(96°F) for the water massages.

What water does to me

The warmth of the water close to the heat of my body puts my natural thermal regularization at rest and brings me a feeling of wellbeing, of “letting go”, of confidence and safety.

I feel surrounded, protected, in my element.
A natural and major relaxation follows…

A pleasant modification of conscience gently sets in. I enter in meditation without having ever learned to meditate! This exceptional state of serenity puts me in contact with the subtle level of my body. I truly integrate my body. Very smoothly, I free myself of my stress, my mental blocks and my emotion

Supported by floating cushions, I enjoy the marvelous entertainment of a film projected on a movie screen which borders the swimming pool. I am amazed and fascinated by the images in high definition (HD) produced by our team.

Water participates in the creation of nature’s beauty. Without water our planet would be arid and sterile.

Looking at nature while feeling fully related becomes a captivating experience. I forget my life’s worries, my inner chattering stops, I feel complete presence and gently I enter a state of major relaxation (alpha waves).

Harmony of the senses !

In the pool, lamps with led’s project all the colors of the rainbow. This colored water takes part in the enchantment.

Furthermore, these lights provide wellbeing. Projections of cycles of colors, in low and high frequencies, provide the luminous energy which my body needs.

A constellation of led’s of changing colors illuminate the ceiling of the dome.

Music creates atmosphere. The sounds emitted by speakers incorporated in the dome and in the pool create a merry atmosphere.

These sounds are synchronized, because in water the sound diffuses 4 x more quickly than in the air. The choice of the music reinforces the beneficial effect of the light. In the same way that each part of the body matches a color, it also matches a sound frequency.

The association of colors and sounds reinforce each other’s effects and improve the quality of the energy that I receive.

Specifically selected essential oils (FOY perfumes) are diffused during sessions.

Essential oils have beneficial properties and virtues.

The use of these oils is found in all civilizations and on all the continents since millennia.

They contain the most precious treasures of nature’s vegetation. Extracted without violence from flowers, fruits, barks, seeds or roots of plants, they contain stabilizing properties for the organism.
